I have been a client of IQ Autoworks for a few years.  They have done all the needed service and repairs on my Honda Pilot.  Recently, my car was in an accident this shop and its employees took great care of me and my car.  They made it easy for me, especially in dealing with the insurance company.  They were in contact with me on what was being done, and when the car would be ready.  Their customer service is great!  Jeff always takes time to lift the hood and explain what is going on with my car, what the repair will need and when it will be completed.  I highly recommend IQ Autoworks!

I came to IQ Autoworks earlier in the year to get all four brakes done on my Elantra. Before coming to this place (or even getting a quote), I shopped around (Campbell, SJ, Milpitas, Santa Clara, etc.) and out of all the shops, this place had a price that fit my budget. Furthermore, it had all the great Yelp reviews to back it up. Ultimately, these two factors made my decision easy.

What pleased me the most was that the shop owner educated me and informed me that I could just change the brake pads without having to replace the rotors, which saved me money. All the other shops I got quotes from said that I had to and didn't inform me why. In all, IQ was very informative, honest, did not push me in any way, and gave me options. Overall fantastic customer service!

 

I highly recommend this place and will definitely be back!

Absolutely loved IQ's work. They fixed my waterpump and replaced one of the visors in my car. Although a little difficult to find on the street, the work is impeccable and the people are kind. As a woman, I felt respected and they gave me true prices instead of jacking them up. Grateful and happy they exist!

We have taken our bus to Jeffs a few times now and I can say when he fixes it, it stays fixed. He is a very easy going guy and he will give you the straight scoop. Not dirty either. No grease marks. He is an expert in Diesel engines too. Very accommodating.

This guy is confident, knows his trade, and thinks outside the box. Let me explain - my Prius was in a flood and the dealer's estimate was way more than I was willing to pay. Then I asked my regular mechanic if he can help me, but he didn't want to touch it, so I decided to get a number of second estimates on Yelp. Turns out nobody else was willing to do the work, except for IQ Autoworks. I got a very positive and confident response from Jeff the owner, so I took it in and sure enough, he was able to do the work for 1/4 of the cost of the dealer. Soon after, I drove the car from the bay area to San Diego and back and no issues, works great. He was able to bring my car back to life where others simply turned away. The dealer's estimate, well, I might as well have gotten a new car. So I'm glad to have it operational again thanks to Jeff at IQ.

I have never posted a review before but I felt compelled to write one today because of the level of service that Jeff provided. I had a issue with the hood of my van and brought it to IQ Autoworks. Jeff took a look at it and fixed it right away. To top it off, he did not even charge me for the service. I am sure other places would have kept me waiting and charged me tooth and nail.

 

IQ Autoworks will be my first place from now on for any of my automotive work.
